Keynote speaker Mark R. Anderson to address advanced forms of explainable AI

REDMOND, WA, August 8, 2023 — Pattern Computer®, Inc. (“Pattern” or “the Company”) today announced that Chair and CEO Mark R. Anderson will be featured as a keynote speaker at the Info-Tech LIVE 2023 conference, addressing the topic of “Making Major AI Discoveries Through Explainable AI” (Wednesday September 20, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PT). The discussion will focus on the insights and productivity available through advanced and complete instantiations of new forms of Explainable AI (XAI), including Pattern’s TrueXAI™, NeuralXAI™, and ICEXAI™ products. Other top technology keynote speakers include Geoffrey Hinton, Godfather of AI and Deep Learning Pioneer, and Ray Kurzweil, Bestselling Author, Pioneering Inventor and Futurist.

Mr. Anderson noted, “Pattern’s development and application of TrueXAI is an object lesson in what companies can achieve, internally or for customers. At a time when generative AI is enjoying perhaps the strongest rollout in tech history, virtually all thought leaders involved have expressed the related need for safety against the system’s known fails and risks, through explainability. TrueXAI is also the most advanced technology today for making major new discoveries, without the “black box” problem of neural nets, or the inherent risks of GPT.”

Mr. Anderson added, “Pattern Computer has developed a new, innovative, end-to-end system, the Pattern Discovery Engine™, the world’s first commercial platform delivering the ability to transparently understand the salient factors driving the predictions and insights from the most advanced analytical models in use today. Pattern’s systems have been creating five novel and patentable drugs against the world’s top five cancers per month, with at least one per month testing at third party labs to be effective.”
